Body-Centered Therapy

55-minute session $200 
10-15 min of talk and 20 min of hands on co-regulating touch
**Limited number of OHP- Care Oregon spots available
**(Sessions are scheduled differently than talk therapy contact me to talk more about frequency)

Extended session:  1hour 45 min session $360
15-20 min of talk and over an hour of hands on co-regulating touch

*I am not in-network with insurance companies. A summary of service can be provided to claim out-of-network benefits.  
**Note that extended sessions are often only partially covered by out-of-network benefits due to a change in allowed codes for extended psychotherapy in 2024.

Supervision/Consultation 

Individual Supervision/Consultation $160/hour

*Invididual supervision is available to MSWs seeking licensure hours in Oregon

*Consultation is available to licensed practicioners and or organizations who are interested in or working on integration of somatic modalities and/or therapeutic touch into their practices or offering additional support to BIPOC clinicians. 
Consultation fee is $200/hour.
